Fès-Saïss airport is about 18 km south of the medina, 25 to 35 minutes by road. The easiest way in is our private transfer: send us your flight number and a driver from our partner agency waits at the exit with your name on a board. One car takes up to 6 people with their luggage for one fixed price, paid on the day: 20 € per car by day, 25 € per car at night.
Private transfer or taxi?
- Our transfer: the driver waits at the exit with your name on a board, so you do not search for a taxi in the crowd, and the car is booked even when no taxi is waiting. Up to 6 people, paid on the day.
- A grand taxi: also up to 6 people, for about the same price, but you find one yourself at the exit, and sometimes none are waiting. Ask for Place R'cif and show the photo of the inwi shop below.
Where the car stops
Cars cannot enter the old medina. Every car drops you at Place R'cif, by the purple inwi shop at the bottom of our quarter. Send us a WhatsApp message when you leave the airport so we are ready to welcome you. From the square it is 2 to 3 minutes on foot: our painted signs on the walls and the arrival guide lead you to the door.
By train or bus
Fès train station and the CTM bus station are on the modern side of the city, about 15 minutes by car from R'cif. We pick you up there too, in the same car for up to 6 people: 8 € per car by day, 10 € per car at night. Only small city taxis (petits taxis) run from the stations, with 3 passengers at most, so a family or a group needs two. Taking one? Ask for Place R'cif and show the photo above.
Leaving
Walk back to the inwi corner and your car picks you up there. We can arrange a car to take you wherever you need, whenever you want: the airport, the station or your next stop.
