Practical information
Good to know before you arrive
Four moments, in order: before you travel, the day you arrive, your days here and the morning you leave. The hours and prices below are the ones we really apply; everything is arranged by WhatsApp.

Before you arrive
Tell us your arrival time and how you travel. The easiest way in is our private transfer: a driver from our partner agency waits at the exit with your name on a board, so you do not search for a taxi in the crowd. The car takes up to 6 people, from the airport or the station: at the airport that is the price of a grand taxi, and at the train and bus stations only small city taxis run, 3 passengers at most. From the drop-off point it is 2 to 3 minutes on foot, and our arrival guide shows every turn. Coming by car? Park at Parking Bab Jdid, the guarded car park at R'cif a few minutes on foot from the riad. Download the offline app Maps.me before you leave home: inside the walls it is far more accurate than Google Maps.

Arrival day
- Check-in 14:00 to 23:00
- Bags welcome from 10:00
The medina is pedestrian, so every car stops at Place R'cif, by the purple "inwi" phone shop. From there, follow our arrival guide and the painted signs on the walls: 2 to 3 minutes on foot to the door (Derb Sidi Hammadi, off Rue Ras Jnane). Arriving early? From 10:00 leave your bags and relax in the salon or on the terrace while the room is prepared. Arriving late? Tell us the time so someone is there; after midnight a small fee applies for the staff member on duty.
